Kimball Physics Spherically based UHV vacuum chambers are available in miniature and sub-miniature sizes. We arbitrarily classify vacuum chambers as miniature with primary CF ports of 3.38″, 2.75″ or 1.33″ where they also include a 1.33″ or 0.95″ secondary CF port. One of our Newest Designs, a spherical cube with six(6) CF ports of 0.95″, we consider to be a sub-miniature design.
These systems are ideal for applications and experiments that require a limited volumetric footprint. Many of our larger chambers also include the smaller 1.33″ CF and 0.95″ CF Ports. The 0.95″ ports are also ideal for electrical feedthroughs.
