The Mounting Flange is a UHV CF (Conflat®) flange primarily designed to provide an outside diameter (OD) channel or groove to enable external mounting. They are available in Blank, Double-Sided and Viewport configurations. The open bore “Double” design is fabricated from Stainless Steel and typically has sealing surfaces on both sides, with the component inserted between two common CF style flanges from almost any manufacturer. Internal mounting Grabber Grooves are also available. The Mounting Flanges are also available as Blank (solid aperture), and Viewports (Corning Type 7056 Glass).
