The Weldable Cluster is designed primarily as an UHV instrument housing although it may be used in numerous ways. It allows the user to customize their system with additional CF flange ports for feedthroughs and detector subsystems. The component has a port on its main axis the welds to a 6.0″ O.D. tube structure or to an existing 6.0″ CF flange with some preparation.
