Human Resource Manager

Kimball Physics is looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager (Generalist) to join our fast growing company. This individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, recruitment, performance management, regulatory compliance/reporting, policy development, compensation/benefits administration, and employee safety and welfare.

Mechanical Engineer

Assist in design and development of systems and components, review and verify design drawings and other technical documentation to ensure correctness and accuracy in form, fit and function. Document and work instruction creation for engineering, quality and fabrication purposes for all stages of production. 3-D solid modeling (Solidworks), ability to handle multiple design projects and work with others. BSME or equivalent knowledge. UHV or optics experience helpful. Will train qualified individual. 

Manufacturing Engineer-Mechanical

Assist in development and implementation of manufacturing methods and processes of systems and components, review and verify designs for feasibility, robustness, correctness and accuracy in form, fit and function. Document and work instruction creation for directing fabrication and verification processes for all stages of production. Ability to handle multiple design projects and work with others. BS degree or equivalent experience. 3-D solid modeling (Solidworks) experience helpful. Will train qualified individual.  

Mechanical Drafters

Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical designs using 3-D solid modeling (Solidworks). Review and analyze specifications drawings and other data to assess factors affecting designs and the procedures needed to be created/followed during the manufacturing process of the designs. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with others. AS degree or equivalent experience.  Will train qualified individuals.

Assemblers

Self-motivated individuals to assemble intricate components under a microscope and use small machines. Ability to multi-task, work independently and communicate effectively required. Must be organized and dependable. Will train qualified individuals.
