Experimental Physicists

Positions for BS/MS/PhD level Experimental Physicists with interest/experience in UHV Vacuum Systems, Electron/Ion Optics, Particle Beams, and Surface Physics.  Experience with solids model design and shop procedures a help.  Recent graduates encouraged.


Opportunity for individual with seven to ten years of accounting and finance experience.  Responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities, lead all day-to-day finance operations, supervise a team including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.  Strong analytic, organizational, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.  Minimum of a BA; CPA and/or MBA preferred, solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and accounting for investments.

Mechanical Engineer

Assist in design and development of systems and components, review and verify design drawings and other technical documentation to ensure correctness and accuracy in form, fit and function.  3-D solids modeling, ability to handle multiple design projects and interface with vendors.  BSME or equivalent knowledge.  Will train qualified candidate.

Micro-Manufacturing Assemblers

Make / assemble intricate components using small hand tools and binocular microscopes.  Manual dexterity and good eyesight needed. Will train qualified candidates.

Maintenance / Facilities Workers

Inside and outside maintenance of grounds, buildings, vehicles.  Construction skills, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, helpful. Must be physically fit and able to lift.  Will train qualified individual.
