Kimball Physics’ mini cube is on the International Space Station

Scientists attending this year’s annual DAMOP meeting in Fort Lauderdale, FL visited Kimball Physics’ staff and shared that a Multi-CF “mini” cube is now being used on the International Space Station.

The experiment, with the mini cube at its center, is part of a project with Nasa’s Cold Atom Lab  which launched on May 21, 2018.  Kimball Physics is now a small (or should we say mini…) part of “The Coolest Spot in the Universe” !
