Description: 

UHV vacuum chambers having four equally-spaced radial ports between (2) larger parallel port.  The vacuum chambers are available with major CF port sizes of 4 1/2, 6 and 8 in. and minor ports of  4 1/2, 2 3/4 and 1 1/3 in.  A special version with a rotatable 2 3/4 in. flange is also available.
