Description: 

UHV vacuum chambers having four equally-spaced radial ports between (2) larger parallel ports.  The vacuum chambers are available with major CF port sizes of: 4 ½, 6, and 8 in. and minor ports of 1 1/3 and 2 ¾ in.  A special version with a rotatable 2 ¾ in. flange is also available.
