Description: 

UHV vacuum chambers having (5) radial ports in an approximate pentagonal arrangement between (2) larger parallel ports.  Two versions are available: both having 6 in. major ports with 2 ¾ in. minor ports and one with (2 additional 1 1/3 ports.
